Programs & Services

Clinic-Based Mental Health

Clinic-based Mental health services include individual therapy, conjoint therapy, family therapy and case management, using evidence based-practices. Additionally, we collaborate with important people in our clients’ lives (family members, teachers, case workers, doctors, friends) in order to strengthen their supports that foster long term success. Some of our therapy clients may receive medication monitoring on-site when appropriate.

Our masters level mental health therapists offer guidance to individuals, couples, and families who may be dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being.We work with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, ADD/ADHD, divorce and separations as well as other family disruptions and transitions. Therapists work with a diversity of clients. They encourage clients to discuss their emotions and experiences and help them define their treatment goals, plan their course of action/treatment, and gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors.  Additionally, therapists can refer their clients to our Telepsych services for medication management when appropriate. This program is accredited by CARF International and Licensed by Washington State Department of Health.
