CHS Walk-In Hours and Locations
CHS offers Walk-In enrollment hours individuals with King County or Snohomish County Medicaid. For questions about eligibility, please call Screening at (206) 362-7282. Please bring any medications you are taking with you. If you are getting a Substance Use Assessment due to a DUI, you must bring your driver’s abstract to the assessment. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
