Statement of Solidarity

Center for Human Services stands in solidarity with those who are impacted by racism every day. We respect and thank those who are risking their health through protest to express their anger, disgust, and outrage about the brutal and senseless murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, and countless others. Police brutality and blatant systemic racism must come to an end. We grieve deeply, but we will use this to fuel our action and advocate for people of color who have been abused, distrusted, marginalized, and dehumanized since the beginning of our nation. CHS is committed to introspection, meaningful dialogue, and compassionate listening in effort to pursue transformative change.
