CHS promotes accessibility and the removal of barriers for clients, their families and other stakeholders. Through input from clients, families, staff members and stakeholders accessibility is assessed and potential barriers addressed to meet the needs of clients at CHS.

An annual written accessibility plan is developed which identifies barriers, actions to be taken to remove identified barriers, and timelines to achieve effective accommodation.
