Board of Directors

CHS is governed by an independent, voluntary Board of Directors whose responsibility is policy making and assuring the fiscal stability of the agency. Officers of the Board include President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The officers and committee chairs make up the Executive Committee, which meets monthly or as needed. Board of Directors meetings are open to visitors. The CHS Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and is the agency's liaison to the Board. Current meeting dates are the 4th Tuesday evening, generally held at the Shoreline site.
