NIATX 200 & Clinical Supervision Infusion Project : CHS participated
in the NIATX 200 Project along with 199 other providers who are
administering change projects to eliminate wait times and increase
admissions. This was an 18 month project sponsored by DASA, the Network for
the Improvement of Addiction Treatment, and National Institute on Drug
Abuse. Our total
admissions increased by 40% in the first 4 months of this project. The
Clinical Supervision Infusion Project was also sponsored by DASA to increase
supervisory skills to enhance the quality of treatment by CHS staff and
retain staff for longer periods of time. CHS was one of 4 providers that received training through NFATTC trained coaches. The length of this project
